Disney on Broadway Rules

Here are the official rules for the Coast 93.1 Disney on Broadway Contest…

Starting on Monday, June 16th, 2014 through Friday, June 27th, 2014…Coast 93.1 will be giving away free downloads of the movie “Frozen”, valued at $20, each weekday from 5 to 9am with Blake and Eva. Each weekday, Blake and Eva will play a Disney clip or clips, and the first person to call 792-6278 and correctly identify the clip or clips will win the Frozen Download, and qualify for the grand prize trip. The grand prize trip includes:

  • A trip to New York City to see Disney’s “Aladdin” on Broadway
  • 2 Roundtrip coach plane tickets from Portland International Jetport to New York City.
  • 2 tickets, seats chosen at the discretion of Coast 93.1, to Disney’s Aladdin on Broadway, date to be determined by Coast 93.1, and Hollywood Records, and will be no later than October 1st, 2014.
  • One night hotel in New York City, hotel accommodations to be determined by Coast 93.1
  • Approximate value is $1000

A random drawing from all the qualifiers will be held at approximately 9am on Friday, June 27th, 2014 and announced on the air. That qualifier will have ten minutes to call the station at 792-6278. If the chosen qualifier does not call in within the ten minute window another random qualifier will be drawn and the same procedure will be followed until a winner is determined.

If the winner does not meet requirements for the trip then the prize will be forfeited, and another random winner will be chosen.  The same procedure will be followed until a winner is determined.  Prize will be awarded within 30 days. Coast 93.1’s sole responsibility is to award the prize; therefore, Coast 93.1 will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason cannot or decides not to fly to New York City, to use the hotel accommodations, or attend the show.

Coast 93.1 contests are open to all eligible Maine and New Hampshire residents 18 or over and have not have not won anything on Coast 93.1 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.  Employees of Coast 93.1 at the Portland Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Coast 93.1 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
