Bruce Springsteen has re-recorded “The Ghost of Tom Joad” with Rage Against the Machine star Tom Morello for a new album of covers and revamps.

“High Hopes,” which will be The Boss’ 18th studio album, also features eight other collaborations with Morello.

Morello temporarily joined Springsteen’s E Street Band on its 2013 Australian tour while regular guitarist Steven Van Zandt was filming his Netflix series “Lilyhammer” in Scandinavia.

The new album, which also features fan favorites “Harry’s Place,” “Frankie Fell In Love” and “Dream Baby Dream,” will be released in January.
