c. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to visit the Old Port Festival event during the promotion period to participate in the contest.

How to Participate: The grand prize winning 6-digit number for this contest will be randomly pre-selected by an independent promotions company. Visit the participating Portland Radio Group radio station contest display area at the Old Port Festival event on 6/10/2018. Find the winning 6-digit number that will be displayed or made available by the sponsor during the Promotion Period. Compare the last 6-digits of your own valid Maine Driver’s License number to the winning 6-digit number designated and displayed at event for this contest.

In order to claim the grand prize, the last 6-digits of your own valid Maine driver’s license number must match IN EXACT ORDER with the predetermined grand prize winning 6-digit number selected for this contest. Eligible contestants must be present in person at the event prior to the end of the Promotion Period, and must use their own valid Maine driver’s license number to participate in the contest. No one may participate in this Promotion on behalf of another individual.

In the event of a winning match, the contestant must immediately notify a Contest Administrator at the event, and present their valid Maine Driver’s License that shows the last 6-digits of their valid driver’s license number match in exact order with the predetermined winning 6-digit number. Failure to inform the contest administrator of a winning attempt prior to the end of the Promotion Period will void any prize claims.

At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the winning number displayed at the event will be immediately void and no further contest attempts or prize claims will be recognized. If an eligible contestant has not presented a valid Maine driver’s license that matches the winning number as required by these contest rules in person, by the end of the event hosted by the Portland Radio Group radio stations on 6/10/2018, then the grand prize will not be awarded.

Important: All contest attempts must be made using a valid Maine driver’s license number. Any expired, altered, forged, fraudulent or counterfeit driver’s license will be ineligible for any prize claim. Any signs of alteration, tampering or forgery of the card will automatically void any prize claim. The winning number displayed at the event may only be promoted at the event during the designated Promotion Period and may not be revealed over the phone or promoted or released in any form of media, social media, including but not limited to newspaper, television, radio, or the internet. Release of such information in any of these ways or any other manner not expressly allowed under these Rules may invalidate a potential prize claim.

Claiming a Prize: All prize claims are subject to approval and verification of compliance with these Official Rules prior to prize being awarded. If the last 6 digits of an eligible contestant’s valid Maine driver’s license number exactly matches in exact order with the winning 6-digit number selected and displayed for the contest, then the eligible contestant must complete the following steps in order to claim the grand prize:
