Official Rules

1. GENERAL:
No purchase necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local regulations apply.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Contest is offered only to legal U.S. residents of Maine. All contestants must be 21 years old on date of entry. Contestants may submit more than one photo. Prizes are non-transferable. Employees of Custom Coach & Limousine, WMGX (collectively, “Sponsors”) and Saga Communications and each of their affiliates, representatives, and agents, and their directors and employees, and the members of the same households of such individuals are not eligible. The term “immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsor upon request. All entry form information must be complete and accurate. Sponsor will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable law and these Official Rules, and you agree to abide by all decisions of the Sponsors. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if these Official Rules are not followed. Internet access is necessary to enter. No other form of submission is available or permitted.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
The Contest entry period begins at 12:00am on March 5, 2024, and ends at 12:00am on March 20, 2024 (“Entry Period”). All times in these rules refer to Eastern Standard (“EST”) Time.

In addition to the Contest website, entry pictures may be posted by Sponsors and/or radio station on all social media platforms associated with the Sponsors. To be eligible, photo submissions must meet the following criteria: (1) Photos must be deemed family friendly, in the sole discretion of the station. (2) You may only submit photos that you have taken yourself or that you have all rights to transmit and license and which do not violate trademark, copyright, privacy or any other rights of any other person. (3) By entering, you grant permission for Sponsors to display the photos on all associated websites and social media platforms. (4) You warrant that you have permission from any and all persons (or, if a minor, his/her parent/guardian) appearing in your photo for you to make the submission and grant the rights described herein. (5) You may not submit photos that contain expressions of hate, abuse, offensive images or conduct, obscenity or pornography or any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law or regulations. (6) You may not submit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer used to maintain or operate the Contest (7) By uploading a photo, (a) you grant to Sponsors, Contest Entities and Program Entities a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute the photo and any material included in such photo on the Internet, on television, and in, on, or through all other media; and (b) you certify that any person appearing in the submitted photo(or, if a minor, his/her parent/guardian) authorizes Contest Entities to use, copy, print, display, reproduce, modify, publish, post, transmit and distribute (“Use”) the photo and any material included in such video on the Internet, on television, and in, on, or through all other media; and (c) you agree to indemnify the Sponsors, Contest Entities and Program Entities and their affiliates, directors, officers and employees and hold them harmless.
Sponsors will not verify receipt of entries. Entries become property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Incomplete and multiple entries are void. Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, incomprehensible, illegible, damaged, undeliverable or delayed. Copied and mechanically generated entries are void. Entries generated by any automated means are void. Electronic entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of the entry. The authorized account holder is the person to whom the applicable internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address. Online entrants must have valid e-mail address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address.
4. HOW TO WIN
During entry period, contestants may submit their photos. At conclusion of entry period, Coast employees will randomly draw a winner. “Votes”, “Likes”, “Hearts” or anything of the like does not denote a winner. The winner will be randomly selected.
5. PRIZES
The contestant who is randomly selected, will be awarded a limo ride from Custom Coach & Limousine to the Second Chance Prom on March 23rd, 2024. This is a $1000 value. The winner can utilize the limousine ride by themselves, or can invite ten other guests. If the winner has already purchased tickets to the event, Coast 93.1 will “buy back” the winner’s ticket(s). This only applies to the winner’s tickets, not their guests’ tickets.

Prize winner will be announced on March 20, 2024. Winner will be contacted via the email address used when entering the contest. To claim prizes, winners must complete and sign a release and waiver from provided by Sponsors along with a valid photo ID and proof of residence. Winner will also need to fill out a 1099 form, as this prize is over $600 in value.
All costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of each winner. The payment of all, federal, state and local taxes are each winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion or as provided herein. Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited for any reason, contestant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation. Unclaimed or forfeited prizes will not be awarded to other contestants.
6. ADDITIONAL RULES AND RESTRICITONS
By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final in all matters relating to this contest. In the event an entrant wins a prize, and is later found to be in violation of these rules he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse Sponsors for the stated value of the prize if such violation is discovered after winner has used the prize. Participation in contest constitutes permission for the Sponsors and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade in any media worldwide without limitation or further compensation unless prohibited by law. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible for any prize.
Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of the offer, administration or execution of the contest or in the announcement of the prizes/prize winners. By accepting prizes, winners agree to hold sponsor, and released parties (collectively “Releasees”), from any claims, losses, actions, or damages of any kind, whether actual, incidental or consequential, for injury (including but not limited to death), damages, losses or expenses arising out of or relating to entrant’s participation in this contest, or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in prize-related activities (including but not limited to travel related thereto), and to assume all liability in connection therewith.
Releasees shall not be liable to any winner, entrant or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond Releasees’ sole control. No more than the advertised maximum number of prizes will be awarded for any reason.
7. DISPUTES
By participating, each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of being selected as an official qualifier are dependent upon the number of entries and votes received.
9.  OFFICIAL RULES.  The WMGX general contest rules shall also apply to and supersede the rules of this contest.
