BILL DODGE GMC FOOTBALL FANTASY 2022 LOCAL AND NATIONAL RULES

1. Contest Overview

The “Pro Football Challenge” contest (also referred to as “Bill Dodge GMC Football Fantasy”), presented by Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 (hereinafter also referred to as “Station” or “Participating Station”) is an online contest that will occur from September 8^th 2022 until the completion of the NFL regular season on Sunday, January 8th 2023 in which a different entrant will win a $25 Pat’s Pizza gift card and a $50 Visa Gift Card each week of the 17 weeks of the NFL regular season. Weekly prizes have a combined retail value of $75. Additional Prizes will be awarded following the conclusion of the NFL regular season. For details on Aptivada’s national grand prize of $50,000 for the Pro Football Challenge contest, please see their official rules below.

How to play:

Beginning September 8, 2022, up until 15 minutes before the start of the last game of the season, January 8, 2033, you may visit this station’s website for registration, game play, and the terms and conditions. Fill in the entry form by selecting the outcome of each game. Each correct pick will be worth 1 point. The player that earns the most points each week will be the weekly winner. The player that earns the most points during the season will be the season winner. Any incorrect entries will receive 0 points. The maximum point total for correctly determining the winning team in every game played during the designated season is 272. The maximum point total for each week is 17. In case of a tie refer to the tiebreaker rules below.

Weekly prizes (9/8/22-1/8/23) will be chosen on the day after the NFL week of regular season play concludes. Weekly prizes will be awarded to top points-earner for the week that has just concluded. Ties will be broken by Aptivada’s tie-breaker tool.

Additional Prizes (1/9/23-2/12/23) will be awarded in the following manner:
At the conclusion of the Pro Football Challenge Contest (the end of the NFL Regular Season), six local contestants will be chosen for a chance to win the Additional Prizes. The Additional Prizes will be either; (a) two tickets to the first regular season home game of the 2023 professional football season at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts OR (b) a $100 Visa Gift card OR (c) a vehicle as further described below. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or equivalents. Winners are responsible for any state, local and/or federal taxes.

2. Pro Football Challenge 2022 Official Rules

Patrons may enter the contest online at coast931.com, 1019por.com, or rewind1009.com, by completely filling out the entry form on the contest page to create a contest user profile.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Game May Not Be Used To Conduct, Advertise Or Promote Any Form Of Gambling.

• Promotional Period:The Game Period begins at kickoff of the 2022 regular season pro football game scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 8th, 2022  and ends at the completion of the season on Sunday, January 8th, 2023. Exact dates and times are subject to change. Entrants may register for this promotion and begin making their winning team choices at 12am Eastern time on 8/31/2022. The ability to pick a winner for each regular season game will cease at approximately 15 minutes before the kickoff of each individual game.
• Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older, 19 years of age or older in AL, DE, and NE, and 21 years of age or older in MS, except employees of Audience, Participating Stations and other Sponsors (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), other television or radio stations located in the same market as a Participating Station, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion partners (if any), and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void outside the United States, and where prohibited.  Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be disqualified and unable to win.
• The Pro Football Challengemay be conducted under various names by participating stations and entities.
• Entry Method: To enter this promotion, visit this station’s website for registration, game play, and the terms and conditions. Fill in the entry form by selecting the outcome of each game. Each correct pick will be worth 1 point. The player that earns the most points each week will be the weekly winner. The player that earns the most points during the season will be the season winner.  Any incorrect entries will receive 0 points. The  maximum point total for correctly determining the winning team in every game played during the designated season is 272. The maximum point total for each week is 17. In case of a tie refer to the tiebreaker rules below.
• Tiebreakers:
• Season tiebreaker #1 – The total overall tiebreaker score as shown on the Overall Leaderboard
• Season tiebreaker #2 – Higher number of wins for Week 18
• Season tiebreaker #3 – Higher number of wins for Week 17
• Season tiebreaker #4 – Higher number of wins for Week 16
• Season tiebreaker #5 – A random draw between all remaining players.
• Weekly Tiebreakers:
• Weekly tiebreaker #1 – The player that correctly predicted the winning pick of the Tiebreaker Game is considered the winner.
• Weekly tiebreaker #2 – A Player’s predicted Tiebreaker Game score is compared to the actual Tiebreaker Game. The differences between the predicted scores and actual scores for each team are added. The entry with the smallest total difference is considered the winning entry.
• Weekly tiebreaker #3 – A random draw between all remaining Entrants to determine the winner. In all cases, an entry that does not win a tiebreaker is eliminated from consideration.
• Contest Description:

• All games will use a rolling lock system which will allow players to make picks up to approximately 15 minutes prior to official kickoff time of each game.  Any selections submitted after the deadlines are considered invalid, and no points will be awarded. All times displayed on the schedule are Eastern. You may change your pick for any game up until the time that game is locked. Entries must be completed on time. Once a game is locked, you may not change your pick for it. If you did not make a pick for a particular game, it is counted as a loss. If you submit a partial entry and either forget or are unable to complete it, the games you did not pick will count as losses.
• Entrants must provide truthful information when entering the Promotion; the Promotion Entities may reject and delete any entry found to be false or fraudulent, as determined by the Promotion Entities.
• Entrants must submit all information required on the entry form, which may include first and last name, telephone number, email address, home address, and/or date of birth. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.  The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning the email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.  Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.  Entries submitted will not be acknowledged or returned.  Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited.  Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt.
• In conjunction with this national Promotion, a Participating Station or Sponsor may be conducting its own contest or sweepstakes for a chance to win a local prize.  For more information and official rules, visit the website of the Participating Station or Sponsor.  Audience is not responsible for the conduct or administration of any such local contest/sweepstakes, including without limitation procuring and awarding a local prize.
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media platform.  By submission of an entry, you release Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any other social media platform from any responsibility or liability related to the Promotions. You are providing entry information to one or more of the Promotion Entities and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform.
• Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical outages, delays, or malfunctions of any kind, including those related to the Internet, cell phone service, or computer failures.  Accordingly, Promotion Entities are not responsible for errors or data loss of any kind, lost or unavailable Internet connections, failed, incomplete, garbled or deleted computer or network transmissions, inability to access any website or online service, any other error or malfunction, late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries, or for printing errors in any advertisement, entry form or rules.
• Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.  If the Promotion Entities determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Promotion or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Promotion, the Promotion Entities reserve the right to void the entries at issue and/or modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including because of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promotion Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Promotion Entities reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion.
• Any attempt by an entrant or any person to deliberately damage any website or social networking site used in the Promotion or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.  Should such an attempt be made,  Audience reserves the right to seek full prosecution and/or damages from any such individual to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Audience’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

• Prizes:

• In the event a participant gets every pick correct for the entire season they will be awarded the grand prize of $50,000.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• In conjunction with this national Promotion, a Participating Station or Sponsor may be conducting its own contest or sweepstakes for a chance to win a local prize.  For more information and official rules, visit the website of the Participating Station or Sponsor.  Audience is not responsible for the conduct or administration of any such local contest/sweepstakes, including without limitation procuring and awarding a local prize.
• Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except in Audience’s or Participating Station’s sole discretion. Audience reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of comparable or greater value (as determined by Audience in its sole discretion).  The prize is expressly limited to the item listed above.
• In the event that the 2022 NFL season is cancelled prior to its completion the $50,000 grand prize will be null and void.
• At the conclusion of each week, the local entrant who made the most correct match up picks will win a $25 Pat’s Pizza Gift Card and a $50 Visa Gift Card. In the event of a tie, there will be a random drawing for the weekly prize.
• Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if any tickets, certificates, or other prizes cannot be redeemed or awarded due to event cancellations or ANY circumstances outside Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9’s control. No substitute prizes shall be awarded except at the discretion of Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9. In the event the 2022-2023 NFL Season is cancelled prior to its completion, the national $50,000 grand prize and any weekly prizes for contest weeks that have not yet run will be null and void.
• Winners:
• Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries based on the picks made following the day on which the Season ends.
• Prior to awarding a prize, Audience in its sole discretion may require verification of winner’s identification by a showing of valid government-issued photo ID.
• Decisions of Audience with respect to winner selection and the awarding of prizes are final and binding when made.
• Privacy Notice:
• Information you provide in connection with the Contest is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and may be shared with Sponsors.

2.10 General:

• Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.  Winner must execute and return any required IRS form (including IRS form 1099), affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (where permitted by law), or similar document within ten (10) days of notification or winner may be disqualified in Audience’s sole discretion and the prize will be forfeited.
• Any entrant who provides a mobile wireless number in connection with the Promotion, including by providing a mobile number for winner notification purposes, is responsible for informing the Promotion Entities if his or her number is reassigned to another person at any time before the end of the Promotion and for providing an alternative number where he or she may be reached.
• Participating in the Promotion and accepting a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Audience or its agents to photograph, film, and record winner, and to use his/her name, address (city and state), likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and/or any statements made by him/her regarding the Promotion or its sponsors for  purposes of trade, publicity or promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and, Audience may, where legal, require a winner to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating in the Promotion and/or accepting a prize, you understand and agree:
• to release and hold harmless Promotion Entities, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, advertising and promotion agencies, any social media platform utilized in the conduct of the Promotion (including but not limited to Facebook), and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the Prize or the Promotion.   You further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. You acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.” The releases hereunder are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims.
• that the Federal Arbitration Act applies to this agreement, and if the parties are unable to resolve their dispute amicably, it shall be resolved by means of binding arbitration (not in a court of law);
• that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (even if the rules and procedures of the arbitration tribunal allow class arbitrations);
• that any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event and under no circumstances will entrants or winners be permitted to obtain awards for attorneys’ fees, and you hereby waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other form of damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased;
• that any claim or dispute regarding the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved pursuant to the laws of the State or Commonwealth in which the Main Sponsor is located, without regard to the conflicts of laws and rules of that State or Commonwealth;
• that any claim or dispute regarding the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved in a tribunal within the State of Utah, and you submit to the jurisdiction of and waive all objections to the jurisdiction or venue of such tribunal; and
• if for any reason a claim or dispute regarding the Promotion or these Official Rules proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, there will not be a jury trial.
• The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules, including but not limited to the agreement to arbitrate, shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  If any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained herein.
• These terms and conditions may be changed or updated at any time before, during, and or after the completion of this contest.
• By participating in this contest, entrants agree to abide by and accept these rules.

3. Bill Dodge GMC Football Fantasy Additional and Guaranteed Prizes and Final Score Prediction Challenge Rules 

At the conclusion of the Pro Football Challenge Contest (the end of the NFL Regular Season), six local contestants will be chosen for a chance to win additional prizes. The additional prizes will be either; (a) two tickets to the first regular season home game of the 2023 professional football season at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts OR (b) a $100 Visa Gift card OR (c) a 2022 GMC Canyon AT4 truck, valued at $40,000.  All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or equivalents.

3.1 Selection of Qualifiers and Tiebreaking Processes

Six local qualifiers will be selected from all local contestants who participated during the contest period and will be entered into the contest for the prizes above. The six local qualifiers will be selected as follows:

• Qualifier number one will be the top, cumulative points-earner in the Pro Football Challenge.
• Qualifier number two will be the #2 cumulative points-earner in the Pro Football Challenge.
• Qualifier number three will be the #3 cumulative points-earner in the Pro Football Challenge.
• Qualifiers numbers four through six will be randomly selected from amongst all participants in the Pro Football Challenge, regardless of points earned.

If there is a two-way tie for the top points earner (Qualifier Number One), both players will be selected as Qualifiers One and Two. If there is a three-way tie for the top points earner, all three players will be selected as Qualifiers One, Two and Three. If there are more than three players tied for the top points earner, Station will select three by random draw from amongst those specific players and designate the randomly selected three as Qualifiers One, Two, and Three.

If there is a single top points earner but ties exist amongst the #2 and/or #3 cumulative points-earners, the same selection principles as outlined for Qualifier #1 will be applied to those players.

No contestant can qualify more than once. Once a contestant qualifies, his or her name will be withdrawn from consideration in all other qualification categories.

3.2 Finalist Selection and Prizes

All 6 qualifiers will be determined by January 27th. On or about that date, two Finalists will be selected by random draw from amongst qualifiers. Finalist #1 will win the guaranteed prize of two tickets to the first regular season home game of the 2023 professional football season at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts. Finalist #2 will win the guaranteed prize of a $100 Visa Gift Card and the opportunity to participate in the Final Score Prediction Challenge which includes the chance to win a 2022 GMC Canyon AT4 Crew Cab Truck from Bill Dodge GMC by correctly guessing the final score of The Pro Football Championship on 2/12/2023. In the event that Finalist #1 or Finalist #2 refuse participation or are unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts by Station, Station reserves the right to select from amongst remaining qualifiers to be selected as Finalist(s).

3.3 Bill Dodge GMC Final Score Prediction Challenge

The designated Finalist #2 (hereinafter referred to as “Finalist”) will be required to submit their prediction of the exact Final Score for both teams playing in the designated football game.  The final score prediction must be submitted in writing in the manner as designated by Station, and must be received by February 3, 2023, and once submitted may not be altered or changed.  If the Final Score prediction is not submitted and received by Sponsor by the required deadline, the finalist shall be disqualified from the grand prize contest and ineligible to participate in the Final Score Prediction Challenge contest.

The Final Score Prediction for both teams must be submitted for the following designated game:

• Game Date:                    2/12/2023
• Designated Game: Professional Football Championship, Glendale, AZ (exact teams TBD)

 

3.4 Final Score Prediction Submission Requirements

• The Final Score prediction must be received in writing by the Station designated deadline;
• The Final Score prediction must be clear, complete for BOTH teams and legible.  Any illegible or incomplete prediction shall be disqualified.
• In order to claim the Score Prediction grand prize award (see below), the Final Score prediction submitted by the designated finalist must be completely accurate and match the exact final score with the correct team;
  • For example, if the actual final score of the designated game is New England – 27, Miami – 10, then a submitted final score prediction of Miami – 27, New England – 10 or a prediction of 27 – 10 without specifying the associated teams will not constitute a winning entry.
• At the completion of the designated game, eligible finalist’s final score prediction will be compared to the actual final score.
• The grand prize will be awarded only if final score prediction exactly matches the actual final score of the designated game for BOTH teams.

 

3.5 Prize Awards & Delivery

In the event of a successful final score prediction, the eligible contestant who submitted the winning score prediction will be eligible to claim the grand prize, subject to approval and verification of compliance with these Official Rules.  The grand prize is: a new, 2022 GMC Canyon AT4 Truck from Bill Dodge GMC with a retail value of $40,000. 

A maximum of (1) grand prize will be awarded.  If designated finalist does not correctly predict the exact final score for both teams as required by these official rules, then the grand prize will NOT be awarded.

Winner, if any, must accept delivery of vehicle from the sponsor designated dealer, or as otherwise specified by Sponsor.  Administrator will solely designate and specify available vehicle including make, model, color and options for Grand Prize winner’s prize award.  Grand Prize winner may not substitute, exchange, or apply the vehicle’s value towards a higher cost or alternate vehicle.  Designated vehicle must be the Sponsor designated vehicle that is currently in designated dealer’s stock of inventory.  Administrator reserves the right to award an alternate year model (i.e. 2021), if the 2022 model is not available at the time of prize award.

If the designated prize vehicle MSRP is under $40,000, the winner will not be awarded the difference between the vehicle’s actual MSRP and $40,000.  Grand Prize winner is responsible for paying any and all sales tax on prize award at time of delivery, estimated at approximately $2,400 (based on a 6.0% tax value) but may vary depending on the state and county in which the vehicle is awarded.

All other costs and expenses related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner, including but not limited to tax, title, insurance, license and registration fees.  All income, federal, state and local taxes are Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility.  Grand prize award is non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Administrator’s sole discretion or as provided herein.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value, at its sole discretion, if an advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner, if any, will be required to complete and return a W-9 form, affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release, and present a valid driver’s license, insurance and social security card before prize will be awarded.  Winner will be issued a 1099 form reflecting the value of the prize and are responsible for paying all income taxes on prize.  Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with these rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.  If forfeited for any reason, contestant will not receive any other prize substitution or compensation.  Total ARV of all available prizes: $40,000

4. Universal Contest Rules for Station

These are the rules governing all contests aired on Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 and on the coast931.com, 1019por.com, and rewind1009.com website, unless otherwise specified. In the following rules, “Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9’” means Saga Communications of New England, LLC, dba Portland Radio Group and its parent corporation, Saga Communications, Inc., which owns Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9:

4.1 No purchase is necessary to enter any Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 contest.

4.2 To be eligible to win any prize on Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 you must not have won anything on Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 in the past 4.4 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 14 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

4.3 Anytime you call the Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 studios you assume that your call will be broadcast or recorded and you grant us permission to broadcast the call or record it for later broadcast.

4.4 As a winner of a Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 contest your voice, name and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or internet purposes without any compensation to you.

4.5 Prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash. No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of winner. Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value.

4.6 All winners of all contests are responsible for all taxes on prize awarded. All winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to complete the appropriate tax forms at the Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 studios prior to claiming prize. All winners will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won exceeds $600.

4.7 In the event the winner is subject to or the subject of any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the winner (i.e. garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien, and the like), Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 delivery of the prize to the official representative of the governmental entity claiming a right to the prize shall be thus deemed as (Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9) awarding the prize to the winner. Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 shall be entitled to rely in good faith, upon any documents presented by the representative seeking to collect the prize in lieu of the winner. Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 shall not be liable for any claim by any winner for damages incidental thereto.

4.8 All Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 contests are open to all eligible residents 18 or over (unless otherwise specified) living within 75 miles of station transmitter(s). Contestants must possess a valid form of identification bearing the picture of the contestant acceptable to Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 that will be presented to Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 and accepted before the prize is awarded. Employees of Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9, it’s advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

4.9 Winners will be expected to claim prize at the Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9studios, [station-address], between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 30 days of being notified that they are winners, unless there is an expiration date on prize, which will be specifically stated.

4.10 All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Contest is void where prohibited.

4.11 Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if any contest rules are violated in any way.

4.12 Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 assumes no liability for situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of any prize awarded in any contest. Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9, its advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each are absolved and shall be held harmless from any action or liability arising from any contest or prize awarded in any contest.

4.13 As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9 reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any contest or promotion (and not award the offered prize) at the discretion of Coast 93.1, 101.9 POR, and Rewind 100.9management if world events, the national mood, or public safety so warrant.

The person operating the telephone at COAST 93.1, 101.9 POR, AND REWIND 100.9  has the final decision as to who is the winning caller.

4.17 For any contest involving on-line voting: If an entrant receives irregular votes, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, or other automated means, COAST 93.1, 101.9 POR, AND REWIND 100.9  reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion and/or use another means to determine the winner(s), ex. – random selection or appointing a panel of judges.

4.24 Contestants who register to participate on our website may be required to produce a printed copy of proof of registration before being allowed to participate in the contest.

4.25 Due to the nature of our programs that are heard on-line over the internet, contests may not be heard at all on COAST 93.1, 101.9 POR, AND REWIND 100.9 . Contests heard on the radio station’s internet audio stream may be slightly delayed from the time the contests are heard on the broadcast station, and will be running behind the broadcast signal. Thus, all contests heard on the internet are delayed. This delay can last for as much as 30 seconds or more. This means that when COAST 93.1, 101.9 POR, AND REWIND 100.9  contests are played that require a specific caller to telephone the radio station (such as “Caller number 9 when you hear the sound effect”), listeners to the on-line audio stream may be at a disadvantage in participating over those listeners who hear the contests on-air.
