I didn’t like what I saw when I did my weigh in this morning. I’m not here to beat myself up. I knew last weekend during my fun Saturday night out doing a Mexican “Fiesta” with friends, followed by a Sunday–I need a pizza and a lot of wine-and chill day, the results will be what they will. I haven’t had a booze since Sunday-so I am happy with my weekday attention to food prep, healthy choices that fill me up, and virtually no sugar.
I did add some weight training to my Spinning and hot yoga, so I wasn’t expecting a big number drop on the scale– I ended half a pound up from last Friday. OK, I have a few outings scheduled for the weekend, planning to do my best, get a few workouts in, and really suck down the water.
It’s a marathon, not a race…here I go…
