Getting on the scale each Friday at 3:00 a.m., has made me very aware of my eating–and exercise. For me, the trick is to stick with my plan–at least through the weekdays–and no deviations! This week I had a great food week, nutritious, fiber-filled, upped my water, and added a hot yoga class. I was more than surprised-in a good way-to see the scale showing a total of 8 pounds gone since January 2, 2017. I am very motivated to keep it going.
To keep me from being hungry – I made a lentil/squash stew, and had tuna or eggs ready to go each morning. I even had a few slices of bread with my eggs. It’s working!
