Johnny Depp has transformed himself into Donald Trump to play the divisive political candidate in a spoof biopic.
The 50-minute comedy for Funny or Die also includes Henry Winkler, Stephen Merchant, and “Back to The Future’s” Christopher Lloyd.
The satire, titled Donald Trump’s “The Art of the Deal,” is directed by moviemaker Ron Howard, who also narrates the film, and its theme tune was written by Kenny Loggins.
Howard opens the movie by explaining the spoof documentary, set in the 1980s, was ‘rediscovered’ after it was “thought to be lost in the Cybill Shepherd blouse fire of 1989”.
The comedy was filmed back in December, and Funny or Die’s editor-in-chief Owen Burke reveals the cast and crew was sworn to secrecy over the project.
