via NYPost.com: “An [NY] upstate man dressed as the Tin Man from the “The Wizard of Oz” was busted driving drunk on the way home from a festival honoring the classic tale, according to a report Tuesday.
“Nicholas E. Sherman, 31, of Cortland was hired to play the hollow character at the annual “OzStravaganza” fest in Chittenango on Sunday.”
