Young Jacob is very ill and would love to get some Christmas cards!
Nine year-old Jacob Thompson is in Maine Medical Center. He suffers from Stage 4 -High Risk Neuroblastoma–and this will likely be his final Christmas.
Jacob is a huge fan of Christmas and his family and friends are planning to decorate his hospital room with a tree, fake snow, presents, and all the trimmings. Of course Santa Claus has even rearranged his schedule to stop by!
If you can, take a minute and send Jacob a Christmas card and some love.
