Woman Found Dead in Pond Nead Driving Range in Scarborough

UPDATE:

Police are identifying a woman found dead in a pond at a driving range in Scarborough Sunday afternoon

Crews were sent to the Pleasant Hill Driving Range in search of 47-year-old Bette Reilly of Westbrook, who last seen walking along the waters edge when she disappeared.

The Maine Warden’s Service’s Dive Team located Reily in 9 feet of water, and she was pronounced dead on scene.

The cause of death is still under investigation.

Scarborough firefighters have been actively searching for a missing person.

The Scarborough Fire Department says it ways it was on the scene off of Pond View Drive searching for a missing person at about 6 pm on Sunday.

They’re asking people to stay away from the area.

Firefighters say the Scarborough Police Department and Maine Warden Service are also involved in the search.
