Officers don’t know who’s doing the tagging or why and are asking for public help to find the people responsible.

The Press Herald reports some of the graffiti incorporate the color scheme of the transgender rights flag, while others carry messages like “Trans Rights Are Human Rights.”

Graffiti is a civil offense which carries a $250 fine.

Anyone with information about the people doing the tagging is asked to contact Det. Jason Aucoin jaucoin@cityofbath.com.
