Crash in Yarmouth Hannaford parking lot leaves woman pinned between vehicles


A woman was hurt when she was pinned between two vehicles following a crash Monday afternoon in the Yarmouth Hannaford parking lot.

Police say a driver lost control of their vehicle and crashed into three parked cars.

According to CBS 13, a woman who was loading groceries into her vehicle became pinned between her car and one of the parked cars that was struck by the out-of-control vehicle.

First responders used the jaws of life to separate the cars and free the woman.

She was taken to Maine Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police did not immediately say whether the driver in the accident will be facing charges.
