A man accused of throwing semen on a woman in Portland is denying the accusation.

The woman said Theo Orestis, 22, of Falmouth threw bodily fluids on her while she was out for a walk at the corner of Forest Ave. and Dartmouth St. last week.

According to the Portland Press Herald, Orestis claims that he was in the area to get pizza when the woman confronted him.

His attorney says Orestis also passed a polygraph that he had arranged privately.

Orestis was issued a summons for assault, but the Cumberland County District Attorney’s office is working to determine what specific charges he’ll face.
