Police look for tips leading to man who went missing in Westbrook 9 years ago

Maine State Police are looking for fresh leads as they investigate the disappearance of a man in Westbrook nine years ago.

Sebastian Kelley went missing on July 17, 2017 and was living as a transient at the time.

Police say Kelley had recently been assaulted before his disappearance.

He’s a light-skinned black man, 5’11” tall weighing 190 pounds.

He has black hair and brown eyes, and a tattoo that reads “Willow Grace” on his neck.
