One person suffered serious injuries when a van rolled over on I-95 in Sidney.
Maine State Police say the van was spotted driving erratically on the southbound side Thursday morning before hitting a guardrail and rolling over at mile 118.
The driver and a passenger were taken to the hospital and later released, while a third occupant was taken by Life Flight to Maine Medical Center in Portland with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver, 28-year-old Shawn Stone of Presque Isle, was summonsed for OUI, endangering the welfare of a child, and other charges.
