A man accused of killing a co-worker in Waterville is out of the hospital.

Spridal Hubiak, 20, is charged with murder in the death of 52-year-old Angela Bragg.

According to CBS 13, the two worked together at Damon’s Beverage, where another worker found Bragg dead on Dec. 28.

Hubiak was shot multiple times by police in Arkansas after reportedly leading them on a chase a little more than a week ago.

He was taken to a hospital in Missouri for treatment, and following his release, he was taken into custody by the Greene County Sheriff’s Dept. in Springfield, Missouri.

It’s no clear when Hubiak will return to Maine to face the murder charge.

He’s also facing charges in Arkansas.
