Amanda Comeau is committed to making Maine a safer place for all. As the Director of Survivor Speak USA, she leads efforts to end sex trafficking and provides support to people who have been trafficked or exploited. She provides a safe, welcoming place to listen to and advocate for anyone seeking help.
Her passion for justice extends beyond this work, as she is deeply involved in the fight to end hunger in Maine by 2030. Part of her advocacy for the housed and unhoused is working closely with local organizations to ensure food security for Mainers.
Through her advocacy, leadership, and compassion, Amanda is making a profound impact on our communities. Whether it’s listening to those who are often discouraged from speaking up about their experiences or teaching vulnerable communities how to stay protected and vigilant, Amanda works hard to ensure safety for everyone in Maine.
