Tracey Martin represents the heart and soul of the Lakes Region Recovery Center. Her leadership is defined not by titles, but by the quiet, consistent acts of compassion and service she offers others every day. Through her kindness and dedication, she helps create a space where people feel safe, welcomed, and valued.
Tracey ensures that no one goes without the basic necessities or the dignity they deserve. She prepares meals that bring people together, helps provide clothing and essential items without judgment, and creates an environment where individuals can simply breathe and feel safe. Her generosity comes from a genuine belief that everyone deserves respect, comfort, and support.
What truly sets Tracey apart is how she shows up emotionally for others. She listens when someone is struggling, offers encouragement when hope feels distant, and reminds people they are not alone in their journey.
