Contest registration is scheduled to begin at 12:01:00am ET on 5/28/2018 and ends at 11:59:59pm ET on 6/17/18 (the “Registration Period”). Visit Coast 931 dot COM during the “Registration Period” and click on applicable link to fully complete and submit an official online contest entry, by taking a quiz about your ideal celebrity date. Listeners must register through UPickEm to enter. Entrants must include all required registration information to register and agree to terms for UPickEm. The entrant must be an adult, 21 or older. Maximum of one entry per person. The Grand Prize winner will be randomly drawn by a WMGX employee using the SecondStreet platform on 6/18/2018 at approximately 8am. The grand prize is: a pair of Sip & Savor Passes to Portland Wine Week, in Portland, ME, and has an approximate retail value of $788.00.

Contestants will submit an entry through UPICKEM at Coast931.com, by taking a quiz about their ideal celebrity date. Results and answers of the quiz will not in any way impact chances of winning. But the quiz must be fully completed to be properly entered. The winner will be randomly chosen through Second Street/UPickEm’s random generator. The winners will be contacted on or around Monday, June 18th. If no winner is determined, then the prize will not be awarded. Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents of Maine and New Hampshire, who are age 21 or older as of date of entry, who have not won anything any prize on WMGX or other Portland Radio Group stations valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of WMGX, Portland Radio Group, Saga Communications of New England, LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WMGX main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. No purchase necessary. May only qualify once. WMGX sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WMGX will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winner will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes. Fees and Incidentals not are included and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Fees and incidentals include, but are not limited to, unpaid room service charges, phone charges, pay per view movies, etc. this and all other expenses will be the sole responsibility of the winner. All WMGX prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. One entry per person per website. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules.
